Rentals FAQs
- How much does it cost to rent the clubhouse?
The rental rate is $1,800 for six hours on the weekend.

- Can I have a wedding on the beach?
Yes, you may. However, the arrangements for using the beach must be made through the City
of San Diego Parks and Recreation Department.
- Can we serve alcohol at the club?
Yes, you may. No selling of drinks. All drinks must be served by a licensed and insured Caterer.
Only beer, wine, champagne and non-alcoholic drinks may be served.
- Can I bring my own food?
No, we require you to use a professional caterer….approved by the club prior to your event.
- How many people can be accommodated at the clubhouse?
We can seat 135 people comfortably. If you have a larger crowd you will need to rent more
tables and chairs. If you use the Boat Apron, you will also have to rent a white picket fence to
close it off from the public. The maximum capacity for the clubhouse is 250 guests.
- Do you have parking available?
Yes, there are 27 parking spaces available in our parking lot. Since the club is an active rowing
club there is a possibility that only 17 spaces will be available for your event, depending on the
rowing/regatta schedule for that day.
- Does the club provide linens, silverware, plates or serving dishes?
No, all of these items must be provided by the renter or the catering service.
